Need Help Logging In?

  • If you do not have a User Name and Password:

    Click here to access the Online Service Center registration. At the end of the process you will have a User Name and Password.


  • If your password is not working:

    Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly. Passwords are case sensitive, (meaning that "PASSWORD," "PaSsWoRd," and "password" are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password.


  • If you forgot or misspelled your password:

    You can easily select a new password by using our Password Reset utility. To protect your privacy and the security of our site we will need you to validate your personal information. Then you can choose a new password.


  • If you forgot your User Name:

    Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-363-8669 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Monday through Friday for further assistance.


  • If you haven't logged in since September 1, 2002:

    Your account may have been disabled due to account inactivity. You will need to complete the registration process in order to view your product information online. Click here to access the Online Service Center registration. At the end of the process you will have a User Name and Password. You will need one of your account's information to register.


  • If you are having browser problems:

    This site is optimized for use on a PC with any of the following web browsers:

        Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and above

    If you are using any other web browser versions, including AOL or Netscape, this site may not appear as designed.


  • If you are using a Macintosh computer:

    The Online Service Center does not officially support the Macintosh platform. For best results, we recommend that you try Internet Explorer 5.0 for Mac.
